scooter pic of the day: the other night, on the season premier of louis (an edgy, well written, and beautiful nyc-based comedy on fx) his character impulsively buys a triumph bonneville scrambler, and proceeds to crash it and wind up in the hospital. it’s apparently a reference to bad motorcycle accident he had in his younger days. anyways, here’s a picture that someone snapped of him on the streets of nyc, about 2 months ago, when the were filming the season premier. sadly, that’s the beautiful bike that’s about to be trashed.

scooter pic of the day: a week ago, cycle world magazine hosted their first ever “ruck out” in los angeles, a gathering of honda ruckus owners. pictured here is dean hopkins’ ruckus, fitted with a 600cc honda silverwing engine. on a related note, honda is supposedly about to announce some cool scooter news today. i’ll post more when i know more.
