about me
i’m a scooterist, but i’m open to non-scooter rides, too. i’ve putted around on mopeds, and zipped around on motorcycles (though still haven’t ridden a harley yet). i think most two-wheeled forms of transportation are pretty cool. my most-used ride is a sym symba. i’m also pretty interested in the new lambrettas.
i’m also a high school math teacher. that’s not directly related to this scooter blog, but it’s not totally unrelated. i like data and numbers. that’s partially why i like teaching math, and it’s partially why i like having all the data about local used scooter prices on the left. at some point, i’ll do a little statistical analysis to figure out how much of discount you might expect on a yamaha vino when you buy it in december instead of may.
i’m always shopping (though seldom buying) scooters and motorcycles.
i like all the boston sports teams, but primarily the patriots and the celtics. my helmet has stickers on it so it looks like a patriots football helmet.
